🔧 The Role:
As Asset Lead, you’ll provide strategic leadership of the housing association’s asset management function. You will oversee a team of Asset Managers and take responsibility for the planning and delivery of key asset-related strategies — including planned maintenance, stock condition, and investment programmes.
👤 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop a team of Asset Managers
*
Oversee the delivery and evolution of long-term asset management plans
*
Ensure all assets meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards
*
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align asset strategy with organisational objectives
*
Drive improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction

Proven track record in asset management within social housing or a related sector

Strong leadership and team management experience

Sound knowledge of property compliance, investment planning, and housing stock strategy

Relevant professional qualification or degree in a related discipline
