Responsibilities and duties of the Asset Manager role
Reporting to the Head of Assets, you will:
Manage the performance, risks, and financial outcomes of solar asset portfolios on behalf of institutional investors
Lead post construction project handovers, including warranty claims, punch list management, and smooth transition to operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC and O&M contractors, off-takers, and landlords
Produce clear and concise reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
Monitor financial budgets, forecast operating costs, and support financial reporting with internal teams
Act as the key contact for both internal departments and external partners throughout the asset lifecycle
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
5+ years' experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector (rooftop solar experience advantageous)
Knowledge of EPC, O&M, PPA, and lease agreements, with proven experience managing such contracts
Familiarity with renewable energy regulations and technologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions

Able to work independently and collaboratively across internal and external teams
