Generate, interpret, and distribute daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports to support operational decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Asset Managers, operational staff, and the supply chain, to ensure accurate communication of asset and maintenance requirements.
Issue work orders and manage follow-up to ensure completion within agreed timescales.
Monitor compliance with statutory inspections and PPM schedules, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
Contribute to the design and implementation of enhanced asset reporting tools and processes, supporting strategic planning and lifecycle management.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support the sustainability of assets through proactive management.

Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) or Power BI is highly desirable.
