I am looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a Housing association in Staffordshire. The Assistant Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing all technical reports carried out by a secondary consultancy.
Assistant Building Surveyor duties:
Ensure all stock data is up to date and correct
Report findings obtained from surveys to the relevant teams
Raise the schedule of works to be completed
Organise the reports ensuring all information is technically accurate and up to date
Keep up to date with current legislations surrounding the social housing industry
What is required for the role:
Strong knowledge surrounding building surveying
IT skills
Experience in a similar position or to have just finished a relevant degree/course
