All-round accounts role for an experienced bookkeeper.

Our client, a growing SME based in Newcastle seeking a detail-driven Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day finances. If you're organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact within a supportive team, speak to Amy!
You’ll manage accounts, payments, reconciliations, and reporting with precision and independence, using Sage Line 50 to keep everything running smoothly.
The Role:
* Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records using Sage Line 50
* Reconcile accounts, process payments, and handle deposit transactions
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and contractor payments
* Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports
* Ensure a clean audit trail and organised documentation
What you’ll bring:
* Solid bookkeeping experience
* Confidence with reconciliations, deposit handling, and financial compliance
* Strong Sage skills and AAT (or working towards it)
* A keen eye for detail.
