Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Dealership Assistant Accountant within the Edinburgh area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.
Working within a Premium Brand Dealership, the successful Dealership Assistant Accountant will be well versed in providing an exceptional Accounting service.

Knowledge of DMS System Kerridge
Experience and Knowledge of the Car Industry

Well organisedDuties:
Supporting Teams Debt meetings
Supervising Accounts teams for daily task completion
Handling VAT return and audit-related tasks
Assisting in preparing monthly accounts
Reconciling manufacturer key accounts
Monitoring sales and purchase ledgers for month-end close
Ensuring a comprehensive check and balance in the payment process
Managing accruals, prepayments, and various balance sheet accounts
Handling intercompany account reconciliations
Maintaining Fixed Asset Register & DepreciationOur Client is seeking an Dealership Accountant who has a proven track record within an Accounts Department and ideally hold both Motor Trade and ideally Kerridge or Pinnacle experience.
