Description
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist with the preparation of month end Management Accounts
balance Sheet Reconciliations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting team.Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
A degree, AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Experience in the life science industry is advantageous but not required.Job Offer
