Duties of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
  * Support the effective management of the dealership’s aftersales operation
  * Oversee service department activities to optimise efficiency and profitability
  * Lead, motivate, and develop team members to meet departmental and business objectives
  * Ensure high standards of customer care, resolving concerns professionally and promptly
  * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and communication
  * Proactively identify solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  * Utilise available resources effectively to support dealership performance
  * Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
  * Identify opportunities for process improvements, increased quality, and reduced inefficiencies
  * Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer care
Requirements of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
  * Proven experience as an Assistant Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar leadership role within a franchised automotive dealership
  * Strong knowledge of aftersales operations and service department processes
  * Experience using Keyloop/Kerridge dealership management systems
  * Track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving operational targets
  * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  * Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  * Automotive technical qualifications such as NVQ, ATA, HFC, or equivalent are desirable
  * Full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points
  * Legal right to work in the UK
