Our Client is a Leading Dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Plymouth area.

Main Dealer in Plymouth, Devon
Basic salary of up to £32k DOE, OTE in the region of £40k
Ideal for existing Assistant Aftersales Managers or Senior Service Advisors looking for career progression

An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities:
Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £32,000 basic with a potential OTE of £40,000.
