Compliance Monitoring: Utilise your strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and the Building Regulations to maintain high compliance standards.

Regular Inspections: Carry out routine inspections to monitor building conditions, ensuring that defects and risks are addressed promptly.
