Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Bristol, is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing team. With a strong reputation in the commercial and education sectors, they offer a dynamic working environment, excellent training, and full APC support.

Support with managing building surveying projects from inception to completion
Assist in preparing specifications, schedules of works, and reports
Attend site visits and client meetings across education and commercial sectors
Carry out condition surveys, defect analysis, and measured surveys
Assist with contract administration and project delivery
Work closely with senior surveyors and directors to develop technical competence
Progress towards chartership and increased project responsibilityAssistant Building Surveyor - Requirements
1-3 years' experience (post-degree or through a placement year)
Degree in Building Surveying (essential)
Working towards RICS chartership (support provided)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving licence
Based within commutable distance to Bristol
