Assistant Building Surveyor
A respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a bright, Assistant Building Surveyor to work under the direction and support of one of their highly talented Building Surveyors.
The Assistant Building Surveyor’s role
Based out of the practices central London office, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be hands-on carrying out pre-condition and pre-acquisition surveys, repair works, planned project maintenance, and more on churches, educational buildings, and residential properties.
Alongside a varied workload, the successful Assistant Building Surveyor will also receive first-hand APC support to help you achieve MRICS accreditation.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
* Completed a RICS accredited / Building Surveying degree
* Minimum of 12 months building surveying experience
* Driving licence and happy to travel
* Committed to achieving MRICS
