The Assistant Building Surveyor will work on building surveys, condition assessments, and inspections across a range of property types.
Preparing reports on building defects, repairs, and maintenance.
Supporting senior surveyors in managing refurbishment and construction projects.
Helping clients with advice on building regulations and compliance.
Involvement in dilapidations surveys, party wall matters, and general property-related issues.
Contributing to the preparation and review of project specifications and tender documents.What does the Assistant Building Surveyor need?
A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
12+ months consultancy experience as a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
An eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Full support for your APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
ยฃ35,000 - ยฃ40,000 salaryMentorship from experienced professionals.
