Manage IT setups for clients, troubleshooting issues with support from our external IT team. Maintain stock levels of consumables like stationery and refreshments. Ensure the cleanliness of the building meets our high company standards by liaising with cleaning staff. Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure clients receive prompt and accurate billing. Keep the office organised with general administration tasks. Monitor maintenance issues, keeping the Centre Manager and clients informed. Assist in implementing and adhering to all Health and Safety policies. What We're Looking For: An enthusiastic and positive individual ready to excel in their career.
