Assistant Centre Manager – Luxury Serviced Offices ASAP start Temp - Perm Central London £35,000 - £38,000  + excellent benefits 9am – 5:30pm WHAT YOU’LL DO: Supervise on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors Ensure tasks are balanced across the team and that daily operations run efficiently Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans for team members Coordinate and document daily team briefings to keep everyone aligned Manage rotas, authorise leave, and monitor attendance to maintain smooth operations Act as Centre Manager when required, stepping in to oversee all aspects of the centre Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and client service throughout the centre  WHO YOU ARE: Hands-on, proactive, and confident in leading a client-focused team Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences with clear, confident communication Experienced in operations and team management, with strong organisational and coordination skills Calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards Able to build trust quickly and foster a positive, polished, and professional environment Solutions-focused, confident taking initiative, and able to confidently manage client-facing situationsIf you’re a motivated leader with energy, focus, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences in a luxury workspace environment, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-performing team.
