WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Supervise on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
Ensure tasks are balanced across the team and that daily operations run efficiently
Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans for team members
Coordinate and document daily team briefings to keep everyone aligned
Manage rotas, authorise leave, and monitor attendance to maintain smooth operations
Act as Centre Manager when required, stepping in to oversee all aspects of the centre
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and client service throughout the centre

Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences with clear, confident communication
Experienced in operations and team management, with strong organisational and coordination skills
Calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly

Able to build trust quickly and foster a positive, polished, and professional environment
