Renowned for delivering high-security construction schemes across the UK and overseas, the company works with both government and private sector clients on complex refurbishments, secure fit-outs, and bespoke new build projects, typically ranging from £50k to £10M+.

Assistant Project Manager - Salary & Benefits
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 DOE

Support the delivery of secure construction schemes across multiple sectors
Assist in procurement, logistics, programme management, and documentation
Attend meetings with contractors, clients, and consultants
Contribute to tender packages, feasibility studies, and planning submissions
Work with senior PMs to monitor project risks, deliverables, and schedules
Office-based in Chichester with site travel across London & Home Counties

Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in Construction Management or similar
Minimum 1 year of industry experience (post-degree or placement) is advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and a desire to learn
