Assistant Customer Service Manager - North Midlands
In this role, you’ll support the Customer Service Manager in leading a busy department, overseeing operatives and contractors, resolving customer issues, and ensuring warranty claims and post-completion works are handled smoothly. You’ll allocate resources, monitor performance, and drive improvements to deliver the highest standards of customer care.
We’re seeking someone with experience in customer service within housebuilding, strong leadership and organisational skills, and proven ability to handle complaints with professionalism.
