Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + benefits

With a turnover exceeding £1 billion and a strong pipeline of complex, high-value projects across Europe, we are looking for an Assistant Design Manager to join our expanding team in Saunderton.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management of design deliverables in line with construction programmes and client requirements

Assist in the coordination of design activities among clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
*
Monitor and track key design milestone progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance
*
Attend and contribute to design coordination meetings, documenting actions and supporting effective follow-up
*
Provide timely support to the project team with necessary design information to enable efficient construction delivery
*
Support the BIM coordination process alongside the in-house BIM team
*
Review and track construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
*
Assist with the preparation and compilation of the as-built design package in collaboration with the project team
*
Conduct periodic site visits to support quality assurance and adherence to design intent
*
Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly design status reports
