The Role You will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to labour, including loading and unloading equipment and raw materials, providing aid on high-end residential and commercial properties, and adapting to various needs throughout a project and must be able to physically meet the demands of the job. Minimum Requirements: * Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham, London SW area. * More than 2 years of experience in assisting in drainage/ labouring. * A full, clean UK driving license is preferable. * Previous experience and knowledge in drainage systems, plumbing, facilities, or property maintenance. * CSCS card or relevant health & safety training is preferred. * Must have a keen interest in drainage, plumbing, or general property maintenance. * Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn. * Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under supervision. * Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces or outdoors in all weather. * Excellent communication and customer service skills essential. * Must have exceptional punctuality and attendance and able to work well as part of a team. * We are looking for an individual who is attentive, assertive, driven and able to manage their time and responsibilities effectively. * A can-do attitude and a willingness to “muck in” and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated by the operation. * Must be willing to learn and apply new skills. Duties & Responsibilities: * You must comply with health and safety regulations at all times. * Assist with unblocking drains, toilets, and sinks in residential and commercial properties. * Support CCTV drainage surveys and inspections using specialist equipment. * Help identify and report on drainage defects such as cracks, root ingress, or collapsed pipes. * Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as jetting and descaling. * Learn to operate and maintain drainage equipment including high-pressure water jetting units and CCTV survey cameras. * Assist with tracing and locating drainage systems and underground pipework. * Support emergency and reactive callouts as part of a team. * Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition. * Follow health and safety procedures and risk assessments on all jobs.
