Assistant Estimator
Residential & Commercial Projects – Up to £30m
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Central London
An award-winning main contractor is seeking an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join their growing team. Specialising in high-quality residential and commercial developments, this contractor delivers projects ranging in value up to £30m and has built a strong reputation for excellence and innovation.

The Role:
Assisting the Estimating team in preparing accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
Supporting senior colleagues with bid submissions and tender analysis.
Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
Some experience within estimating or a related construction role (contractor background preferred).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ambition to progress within a reputable and award-winning company.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
