They deliver projects typically ranging from £1m – £10m, covering commercial, residential, and infrastructure schemes across Birmingham and the surrounding region.
About the Role
As an Assistant Estimator, reporting into a Senior Estimator and the Managing Director, you will support the pre-construction team on multiple live tenders. The role will involve preparing take-offs, assisting with cost advice, and contributing to high-quality tender submissions for RC Frame and Groundworks projects across Birmingham and the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their estimating career with a business that has a strong pipeline of regional work.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within RC Frame and Groundworks Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to support multiple tenders at once.
* Working knowledge of standard construction contracts.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
