Job Summar
Day to day financial administration and information processing, whilst ensuring that the charity has robust financial systems and sound financial information available, when required by management and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Transactional finance:
* Management of the sales and purchase ledger, including monitoring of outstanding sales invoices
* Creation of bank payments for approval
* Accounting for all bank receipts and payments
* Monthly bank account and petty cash reconciliations
* Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
* Accounting for monthly payroll and associated costs and liabilities
* Accounting for staff expense claims
* Monthly accruals, prepayments, accrued and deferred income adjustments
* Supporting the Head of Finance with annual audit preparation
Personal Profile
* Experience of working in a bookkeeping role
* Knowledge and experience of QuickBooks Online
* Experience in carrying out key monthly balance sheet reconciliations as part of a month-end process
