We’re seeking an Assistant Financial Accounting Manager to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Based at our office near Russell Square, central London. you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations across our family of hotels. What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills: * As the Assistant Financial Accounting Manager, you’ll work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial records. Your key responsibilities will include: * Preparing and submitting weekly supplier payment runs * Managing accruals, prepayments, and month-end closure activities * Supporting monthly payroll submissions and quarterly VAT returns * Conducting daily banking activities and bank reconciliations * Maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations * Managing inter-company transactions and reconciliations * Supporting audit preparation with organised, timely documentation * Driving process improvements and implementing robust financial controls Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus): * We’re seeking a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for finance and a commitment to excellence.
