Our client is stunning Hotel and Restaurant based near Stevenage which currently holds 2AA Rosettes in the restaurant. They have a great Kitchen Garen on site with a farm to fork ethos. They currently do 100+ weddings a year and a mix of other events.

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across accommodation, events, and dining. They support the General Manager in leading and developing the team, maintaining high service standards in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant environment. With a strong focus on organisation and attention to detail, they help drive revenue, coordinate weddings and events, and ensure the smooth running of all departments.
