Job Description

I am looking for a Assistant Groundworker to work on behalf of a local council based in the Pontypool region. The successful candidate will be assisting with pot hole repairs, manhole raising and surface dressing processes, laying flags, kerbing as well as other highway maintenance work In additon to this, you will also need to have experience of street furniture or mason work. The groundworker will receive: Up to £15 - £16 P/H Guaranteed long-term work The successful candidate will be expected to complete: All highway maintenance work to a high standard 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.Requirements: Previous highway experience CSCS card Full UK driving license (HGV License would be advantageous)If you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Jack on or call (phone number removed)
