Location: Princes Risborough
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a partner school in Princes Risborough, seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Headteacher to join their leadership team immediately. This is a temporary position until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role:
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:

Play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school

Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and behaviour management

Support the development and delivery of a therapeutic, inclusive curriculum
*
Lead, coach and inspire staff teams across the setting
*
Contribute to whole-school improvement and ensure the wellbeing and progress of all pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have proven senior leadership experience, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision
*
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of SEMH and SEND
*
Be a confident leader with a passion for inclusion and behaviour support
*
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Be resilient, compassionate, and solution-focused
