The Role – Assistant Headteacher
This Assistant Headteacher role involves working closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support the strategic leadership of the school. You will lead on a key whole-school area (e.g. Teaching & Learning, Behaviour & Culture, or Inclusion) while also playing a vital role in staff development and school improvement planning. The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, and experienced in leadership, with the ability to inspire and support staff while keeping children’s progress and wellbeing at the heart of all decisions. This role is ideal for a current phase leader, subject lead or middle leader ready to step into senior leadership.
