Pear Recruitment – Assistant Lettings Manager – Epsom Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 + commission £50,000 - £55,000 OTE Working Hours – 5-day week, Alternate Saturdays Full licence required- Use of a pool car Our client is a forward thinking proactive independent local business that has established itself for over 20 years as the market leading name in successfully selling and letting property within the local area. They were Guild of Professional Estate Agent winners for Southwest Home Counties Excellence 3 times. They are Looking for an ambitious and experienced Assistant Lettings Manager who is competent in listing for their Epsom office, you will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, have a great personality and be focussed on winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
