Description
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes for various departments.
Reconcile balance sheets and monitor financial variances.
Assist in cost / variance analysis and profitability reviews of operations.
Prepare and process journal entries and accruals.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
AAT / CIMA / ACCA / Part Qualified
Experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
