Zachary Daniels is keen to recruit an Assistant Manager to join a highly successful and large format retail business where you will use your skills, experience and personality to deliver results. As an Assistant Manager you will work very closely with the Store Manager and be directly responsible for a strong team.
We are seeking a manager who can work at pace but without compromising customer service standards, a leader who can engage their team and thrive in a large store format.

The ideal Assistant Manager candidate:
Have a proven track record in a fast-paced retail environment.
Enjoy being on the shop floor with colleagues and customers
Be able to demonstrate a high level of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Be target driven and customer service orientated
Be highly motivated and ambitious
Be a self-starter with a can-do attitudeAssistant Manager Responsibilities:
Delivering exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
Acting as the Lead Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management
Assisting Store Management in achieving company KPI's
Ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer service
Complying with all Health & Safety policies and achieving audit standards
