What you'll be doing as our Assistant Manager:
As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a retail ambassador and promoting products tailored to customer needs
Using a variety of selling techniques to convert customer interactions into sales
Maintaining high retail standards and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor
Supporting the team to meet targets and helping to drive store KPIs
Coaching and motivating the retail team on customer service, selling techniques, and daily tasks
Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Supporting analysis of store performance reports and helping implement ideas to improve KPIs
Helping maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and brand aesthetic
Desired Skills:
Proven retail experience, ideally with supervisory or assistant management experience
Experience in people management and the ability to motivate a team
Competent in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams
Highly organised and able to manage a busy retail environment
Solution-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable supporting store operations
