About You:

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations
* Leading shifts and ensuring smooth service across FOH
* Training, motivating, and developing the team
* Ensuring top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rota management
* Helping to organise and deliver regular events and entertainment evenings
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
