Are you a technically skilled leader ready to step into a dynamic management role? We're working on behalf of a well-established company in Telford seeking an Assistant Manager to join their growing team.
What We're Looking For:
A strong technical background – ideally from the forklift, plant, or material handling sectors
Proven management or supervisory experience (Service Manager or Assistant Manager level)
Ability to lead a team of engineers, support service operations, and maintain strong client relationships
Organised, proactive, and commercially aware

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the hire and sales operations
Liaising with engineers and clients to ensure smooth service delivery
Overseeing workshop activities, scheduling, and stock control
Helping drive performance and efficiency across the business
