Our client in Nottingham are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their fabulous team.
We’re on the hunt for a passionate, enthusiastic individual who takes brews seriously and genuinely cares about what they do.
We’re after a literal vibe guy/girl who will assist the General Manager, keep the team upbeat and drive service standards all whilst ensuring that service is done with a smile and everything runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate:
- Someone with a proven background in an supervisory or assistant manager role within hospitality
- Must be a people person (people are the heart of this business, so ensuring that guests feel at home is the whole vibe)
- Passionate about cask ale and craft beer (you can’t just wing it)
- Someone who stays calm under pressure, can spin multiple plates and happy to get stuck in when it’s needed
- Experience managing a cellar
