Our high-growth client is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee a premium residence. This role is ideal for retail or hospitality professionals looking to transition into an exciting and rewarding industry, where you'll play a key role in delivering a five-star living experience for their customers.
Your Role as an Assistant Manager:
Help to oversee the full day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Help manage all aspects of building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
Work alongside a Facilities technician to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reports.What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year' management experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
A proven track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Some operational management experience.
A natural, hands-on leader with a passion for service and customer engagement.
Excellent planning, organisational, and financial management skills.
A self-motivated, energetic, and solutions-focused approach.What's in It for You?
