With a brand-new retail store opening at York Designer Outlet, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who's ready to make an impact from day one. Immediate availability is essential.

Your Role as Assistant Manager:
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering a successful store launch and driving daily retail operations. You'll help build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional service, and set high standards from the start.
Assist with all aspects of the retail store setup and opening
Lead, motivate and inspire the retail team on the shop floor
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
Ensure excellent customer service and a standout shopping experience
Drive performance and help achieve retail KPIs
Take ownership in the Store Manager's absence

Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a fashion retail setting
