Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations and performance
Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
Helping build community connections and support local engagement
Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team
Representing the brand's purpose, values and sustainable missionWhat we're looking for:
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a premium or lifestyle retail environment
Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets and KPIs
A natural leader with a passion for developing and motivating others
Someone who takes pride in operational excellence and customer service
A genuine interest in sustainability and ethical retail
