Lead the team to deliver brilliant service across all areas of the retail store
Support the Store Manager with daily operations, stock, and back-of-house
Motivate and coach the team to achieve KPIs and hit sales targets
Take ownership of recruitment, training, and development of your team
Deliver strong visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards
Step up when the Store Manager is away - you'll be confident taking full responsibility
Bring positive energy, clear communication, and a hands-on approach every dayWho you are:
Experienced Assistant Manager, Floor Manager or Department Manager in a fast-moving retail setting
Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing others
Strong commercial understanding with experience managing KPIs and P&L
Enthusiastic about delivering amazing customer experiences in a fashion-led retail environment
