Vacancy Ref: EM0310 Role: Assistant Manager Industry: Plumbing & Heating Location: Kendal, Cumbria Overview: We're working with a well-established Plumbers Merchant, currently on the lookout for an Assistant Branch Manager to support their team in driving day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment. You'll be involved in everything from identifying new sales opportunities to ensuring customers walk away with the right solutions for their needs. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where team spirit and customer satisfaction go hand-in-hand. Strong relationship-building skills will be essential – both with customers and colleagues – and you’ll be someone who takes pride in helping a branch perform at its best.
