As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You'll play a key role in supporting the team and maintaining high standards. Your duties will include:

Supporting with stock management, including ordering and deliveries.
Handling customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Providing training and coaching for the team.
