The Role - Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store - from delivering outstanding customer service to driving commercial performance and leading a high-performing team. You'll be hands-on, energetic, and always looking for ways to improve and inspire.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver against targets
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer
Take responsibility for daily operations, stock, and visual standards
Lead by example, setting the pace and standard on the shop floor
Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of your team
About You
To be successful as an Assistant Manager, you'll need:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a retail environment
Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire
A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations
Great commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
