Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Amusement Arcade in Great Yarmouth. This position requires a strong candidate with good experience of Supervising or Managing an Amusement Arcade - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in Arcade Collections, collating cash and running reports
- Maintaining ATM's and Change Machines, ensuring they are fully functioning at all times.
-Responsible for selected keys, own safe and cash balance
- Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Arcade, making customer winnings payouts and dealing with customer queries.
- Organising staff rotas and clock-ins
- Train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within an Arcade is required
- Strong knowledge of Arcades principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Cash Handling and Floats
