Assistant Parts Manager required for a leading and growing Motor Parts Factor, located in Cardiff.
The starting salary is based on experience, and current earnings.

A previous working experience within the Parts sector.
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:
Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with 1-in-2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm.
