Job Description

PFI Contract Manager We are seeking a PFI Contract Manager to support a leading PFI contract in East Anglia. You will oversee complex capital works from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, contract requirements, and best practices. PFI Contract Manager £60000 plus Bonus + competitive package  East Anglia PFI Facilities Management contract  Contract Management Key Responsibilities Project Management & Capital Variations – Support and deliver capital works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all projects align with RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and site management protocols. PFI Contract Administration – Manage lifecycle works, contract obligations, and stakeholder expectations. Construction & QS Expertise – Leverage technical knowledge to oversee and deliver high-value capital projects. Stakeholder & Risk Management – Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution. Who We’re Looking For Proven Project Management experience within healthcare or PFI contracts. Knowledge of PFI contract administration, lifecycle works, and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing capital works programmes. Ability to take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
