Assistant Production Manager
£28,000 - £32,500 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits
12-month Fixed Term Contract
Ashford (Commutable from: Folkestone, Maidstone, Canterbury, Dover, Sittingbourne, Faversham, Tenterden, Hythe, New Romney, Lenham)
Are you a production or manufacturing leader within a FMCG environment looking to join a rapidly growing company who are specialists in their industry?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the Production department in the business, where you will join a close-knit team with excellent benefits and a great reputation for looking after their staff.
This company are industry leaders within food manufacturing, and supply to blue chip companies nationwide. This is a Fixed Term Contract cover with potential to go Permanent.
This role will require you to be responsible for the production department whilst managing quality and costs. You will also take the lead on key operational issues, reporting directly to senior management.
This position would suit someone with leadership experience within production or manufacturing, looking for a Fixed Term role within a rapidly growing business offering technical development and a friendly working environment.

Liaising with senior management on operations
Ensure production departments proceedings run smoothly
