We're looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our client, a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering projects across sectors including higher education, residential, health, and commercial developments.
This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of projects from inception through completion, with a strong emphasis on career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager:
Assist in the delivery of projects across various sectors.
Support the preparation of feasibility studies, reports, and specifications.
Aid in contract administration and project coordination.
Work collaboratively with teams to ensure project success.
Develop skills in project management under mentorship.
Role Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
A relevant degree or technical background in a related field.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to working towards chartership (e.g., RICS, APM) or engaging in professional development.
Experience in higher education, residential, health, or commercial projects is advantageous but not essential.
