We’re Hiring: Assistant Property Manager – Coventry
A respected and growing estate agency in Coventry is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property management or lettings who is looking to develop their career with clear progression and training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process tenant applications, references, and tenancy agreements
* Manage tenancy renewals and documentation
* Oversee utility accounts, council tax, and service provider coordination
* Support with day-to-day admin and operations of the property portfolio
* Maintain accurate records using property CRM software
* Communicate with tenants and landlords by phone and email
* Support the upselling of services to clients
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in property management or lettings
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with a professional manner
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Positive and proactive approach to work
What’s On Offer:
* Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
* Paid additional hours for alternate Saturday work (9:30am – 2:00pm)
