Job Description

This role is all about combining your commercial expertise with meaningful work. You'll join a collaborative team on a major project, ensuring financial control, performance management, and long-term success. It's a role where you'll feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.
I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Assistant QS, Quantity Surveyor, or in a commercial or financial role within construction, social housing, or retrofit projects.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be:
Supporting the lead QS with day-to-day financial control, reporting, and commercial performance management.
Assisting with cash management, including applications, certifications, invoicing, payments, and subcontract accounts.
Contributing to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, CVRs, supplementary reports, and final accounts.
Working on Decarbonisation and Retrofit projects, as well as cyclical and planned maintenance schemes.
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation.
Experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Worked within social housing or similar environments.
Previous exposure to Decarbonisation or Retrofit works (beneficial, not essential).
