Job Description

In this role, you will assist with key cost management tasks and support project managers to meet financial targets, ensuring project success.

The Role
 As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:
  
Support day-to-day activities of the Quantity Surveyor on various projects. 
Collaborate with Project Managers on building cost estimations and financial planning. 
Gather and analyse quotations from subcontractors to create budgets. 
Assist in preparing and submitting cost-related documentation to maintain project compliance.  

You
 To be successful in the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:

Relevant experience or knowledge of quantity surveying and cost management. 
Familiarity with NEC4 contract forms. 
Strong analytical skills to evaluate costings and contractor quotes. 
Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams.
