Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Drylining

Up to £35,000 + Package

We're recruiting on behalf of a family-run drylining contractor that has built its reputation through long-standing client relationships and repeat business. The company delivers projects across the residential, healthcare and commercial sectors, giving its commercial team exposure to a varied workload rather than being tied to a single type of project.

Joining an experienced commercial team, you'll work closely with senior surveyors and project managers, getting involved in the full project lifecycle and developing your commercial knowledge along the way.

The Role

  * Supporting the commercial delivery of multiple drylining projects.

  * Assisting with valuations, variations and final accounts.

  * Helping manage subcontractor packages and payments.

  * Monitoring project costs and reporting on commercial performance.

  * Working alongside site teams to identify and value changes.

  * Supporting procurement activities and package enquiries.

About You

  * Experience working within drylining, interiors or fit-out.

  * Currently operating as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role.

  * Keen to develop your career within a specialist subcontracting environment.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * Comfortable building relationships with both site and office teams.
